Senior Performance Analyst
•Can be located in Memphis, Nashville or Raleigh

Job Purpose:

Prepares and distributes financial and business related statements and analyses/research for the consumer bank in areas such as financial and expense performance at the branch, market and individual level along with ownership of reward and recognition programs. Works independently with little supervision and a great latitude in decision-making responsibility, performing the most complex analyses. Leverages reporting tools to create efficient and automated processes for insights and shares insights through visual analytics. The position requires the individual to be a subject matter expert in underlying performance data Retail, Private Client and Wealth Management while working with market leadership to communicate analytical learning's on strategic issues related to performance.


Duties & Responsibilities:

30% Generates, analyzes and presents custom reports and fiscal interpretations through complex analytical tools and visual reporting outputs for maximum end user impact. Works in partnership with Wealth Management reporting analysts to provide enhanced visibility into insurance and investments sales performance for branch network and Private Client.


40% Works in partnership with market leadership to understand market, Relationship Manager, Advisor and branch performance in all aspects - operational, financial, risk and sales. Responsible for administering performance reporting dashboards that given daily insight for markets into bonus plan performance and building reporting dashboards that enhance performance in ancillary strategic initiatives for the consumer bank. Partners with bonus plan administrator in Retail to provide necessary results for payment or recognition


30% Owner and subject matter expert for Retail/Private Client reward and recognition insights and reporting workflows necessary to drive performance

Periodic travel to corporate offices or markets - 10% or less Requirements Education Required: Bachelors

Education Preferred: Masters

Experience Required: 3-5 years reporting and analytics

Experience Preferred: 5-7 years SQL reporting or apteryx data blending tools Specialization


Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Training/Systems
Accurate typing, spelling and grammar skills. Proficient with applicable computer software including Microsoft Excel. Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong organizational and customer service skills. Strong analytical skills. Experience with, or ability to learn, business intelligence tools such as Tableau.

M-F (8AM-5PM)
