Job Summary:
The senior project manager is responsible for establishing and leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional strategic initiatives. The project manager leads a variety of different types of projects including, but not limited to, launching new products and services, large-scale application development, systems integration, data conversions, merger and acquisition, operational efficiency improvements and infrastructure upgrades and deployments Requirements Job Qualifications:
1. Demonstrated experience with establishing and delivering complex projects
2. Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
3. Strong planning, organizational and leadership skills
4. Effective verbal and written communication skills
5. Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to make effective presentations
6. Meeting facilitation and negotiation skills
7. Excellent business judgment
8. Ability to direct the work of others
9. Ability to reach agreements without damaging relationships
10. Proven ability to quickly earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders
11. Mobilize and motivate a team
12. Establish structure, direction and approach for a project
13. Ability to effectively resolve conflict
14. Execute with limited information and ambiguity
15. Solid influencing skills
16. Ability to remove barriers and enable teams to complete their objectives
17. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
18. In-depth knowledge of project planning techniques and automated project planning tools required
19. 5-7 years of project management experience leading technology projects
20. Banking industry experience preferred
21. Bachelor’s degree preferred

Work Hours:
Monday thru Friday
8:00am to 5:00pm
