The Talent Acquisition Team is seeking an innovative, curious and proactive Talent Acquisition Consultant II to join our highly consultative and collaborative team of recruiters. The Talent Acquisition Consultant would be responsible for partnering with company management to identify and recruit for staffing needs on a direct hire basis as well as performing moderately complex to complex recruiting assignments that include high incumbent positions. The ideal candidate for this opportunity has a strong consultative mindset with experience recruiting for entry to high-level roles within Commercial Banking, Technology and/or Digital sectors. In addition, this candidate has the agility to effectively recruit talent for various roles based on the organizational need.

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, this individual executes by:
• Establishing business line relationships with assigned client base to identify staffing needs
• Understanding the complex needs of the market to present creative solutions to develop strong talent pipelines
• Makes presentations to assigned business hiring managers to outline recruiting strategies
• Consults with hiring managers regarding trends, position requirements and dynamic sourcing strategies
• Actively sources using internal and external sourcing methods including generating referrals, utilization of social and professional networks/sites, networking events, etc.
• Interviews and evaluates candidates for specific job openings; screens and interviews candidates to ensure candidates match all specifications of the position including organizational fit and job fit; refers selective short list of candidates to hiring manager; makes recommendations regarding hiring of candidates and participates in all stages of the selection process
• Manages candidates throughout the interview process to include scheduling, travel arrangements, etc.; educates candidates on the total value proposition of the company including the company's benefits, career development opportunity, and bonus structure; maintains regular contact with candidates to ensure candidate is engaged through start date.

Requirements Job Requirements
• 2 to 4 years of Recruiting experience required; 4 to 6 years is preferred
• Bachelor's Degree required or 4 plus years of equivalent experience
• 1 to 2 years of experience Recruiting in the Technical and Digital space preferred
• Excellent time-management, customer service, organizational, and problem solving skills
• Position requires an efficient, detail-oriented, person who can be responsive in a deadline and results driven environment
• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision and be able to respond effectively to competing priorities
• Requires exceptional communication skills including writing (memo, presentations, correspondence, and email) and verbal skills to interface effectively with executives and all levels of staff
• Strong judgment is required to manage competing priorities and understand the scope and urgency of requests
