Job Summary:
The Treasury Management Onboarding & Services Strategy Manager is responsible for the coordination and execution of strategic projects across the department. Responsibilities include overseeing strategic projects involving the delivery of high quality client experience initiatives, improved technology solutions and leading the changes to introduce efficiencies and improvements. Ensures duties are carried out in an efficient and cost effective manner.

Key Activities:

• Build out a foundation for excellence in delivery of onboarding and services projects
• Coordinate with technology, product management, vendors and teammates as needed for all onboarding and services team projects.
• Orchestrates the work of the Onboarding & Services team to ensure that all tasks are performed timely and to the appropriate quality standards. Applies project management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project execution.
• Identifies and leads the implementation of enhanced processes to improve quality and efficiency.
• Consults with department managers to capture agreed upon business requirements.
• Oversees a sound and efficient procedural update practice
• Manage and coordinates department training

This role will represent Onboarding and Services in the overall Treasury Management roadmap initiatives to drive consistency in customer experience and a prioritization of projects and resources. In addition the role will have day to day responsibility for department training and procedure processes.

Success for this role will be a balance between project work and the delivery of cross department services - procedure writing, training and other services as identified.

• The candidate hired can work either from Memphis, Nashville, Knoxville, Chattanooga, Charlotte, NC or Raleigh, NC. Requirements Requirements/Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and an advanced degree is a plus
• 10+ years commercial banking experience required
• Experience with project management and project management tools/practices; quick learner
• Strong time management and organizational skills evidenced in previous assignments
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft products
• Self-starter, works with minimal direction
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within all levels inside and outside of the organization
• Ability to meet deadlines with strong time management abilities

Monday thru Friday
8:00am - 5:00pm
