Job Description

The Treasury Management Purchasing Card Implementation Specialist is responsible for working directly with delivery of services to our high value external clients and internal business partners via telephone, email, online requests, and/or in-person within the wholesale channel. The primary responsibilities for this position involve assisting high value clients with onboarding products and services which are more complex in nature, answering questions and coordinating the implementation in a project like manner.

Responsibilities include completing a project plan, scheduling and leading ongoing status meetings and coordinating all internal and external work need to complete the implementation with a high level of quality. As well as, updating the appropriate system with each interaction. Duties must be completed within service level agreements (SLAs) and commitment to customer service. Proactively interacts and collaborates with internal partners to understand customer requests and executes the plan to exceed their expectations. Ensures compliance with established bank policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Utilizes independence in solving problems and making decisions. Works within established guidelines to bring unusual situations to management’s attention. Ensures duties are carried out in an efficient and cost effective manner. Efforts are focused on achieving an exceptional customer experience.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consults with client to ensure our products are implemented to meet their needs and led to maximum usage
  • Ensures business requirements are captured accurately
  • Establishes strong client relationships; assists clients with questions, provide answers/referrals/solutions
  • Follows up with clients to ensure satisfaction
  • Monitors work queues and completes assigned tasks within SLAs
  • Collaborates and maintains open communication with Treasury Management Product Manager and internal business partners
  • Provides customer training and support on the use of the Purchasing Card
  • Serves as a Treasury Management sales resource by participating in sales situations
  • Works with project teams and vendors to support assigned projects, including customer communication, pricing philosophy, or enhancements to address identified gaps in existing products and services
  • Communication of business requirements to clients, technical teams and external vendors for various projects
  • Strong desire to provide high level of customer service and responsiveness to client needs
  • Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Confident in own competencies and able to effectively pose and receive challenges with business representatives in the quest for continuous improvement of the product portfolio
  • High energy individual that thrives on creative problem solving and will bring a structured approach to the often dynamic world of banking and Purchasing Card
  • Sufficient technical competency and understanding to be an effective point of communication and issue management with internal departments as well as customers
  • Effective facilitator of cross-functional work sessions and confident communicator/presenter to clients, vendors and senior executives
  • Ability to establish priorities and maintain discipline product goals
  • Strong project management skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • Ability to interact and coordinate effectively with internal and external business partners
  •  Bachelor (4-year college) degree
  •  Purchasing Card experience preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Banking experience preferred


COMPUTER AND OFFICE EQUIPMENT SKILLS
