Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide sales support and product knowledge on treasury management services. Participate in joint sales calls with commercial relationship managers, RMS, construction RMs, small business, and private client to determine (and sell) treasury services to bank customers and prospects.

Provide client support and product knowledge in relation to treasury management services. Facilitate conversion after the sale and see that the product is implemented properly. Monitor the service quality of existing treasury management clients and resolve service/product related issues.

Responsible for proposals, problem solving, and resolution of treasury issues with prospects and clients.

Provide upper management with strategic reports and other information concerning the development of income, production goals achievement, etc.

Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent in experience; Master's Degree preferred
4-6 years directly related professional experience; 6-8 years experience preferred

Accurate typing, spelling, and grammar skills
Proficient with applicable computer software
Good written and oral communication skills
Good organizational and customer service skills
Lending and/or sales experience
Excellent consultative sales and negotiation skills
Relevant certifications
Travel is required

Work Hours:
Monday thru Friday
8:00am - 5:00pm
