The Wealth Services Client Specialist will research client and security information through the back office system, fulfill client requests and resolve service-related issues and inquiries, and ensure adherence to compliance operating policies and procedures.

Furthermore, this position will be responsible for maintaining a focus on delivering an outstanding client experience exercising confidentially at all times, assisting in coordinating the client management process by focusing on servicing that enables acquisition of assets and deepening existing relationships through identification of client needs, and supporting a positive inclusive atmosphere that encourages teamwork and collaboration and consistency of process.

The Wealth Services Client Specialist should be viewed as approachable by team members and is willing to share knowledge with others, master technology and champion adaption to ensure it is being used to its full benefit.

Additional Responsibilities to include:
- Extensive client contact over the phone, involved in all activities that align with prospective and existing clients
- Accepting security transactions from clients over the phone
- Master product specific processes and applications, ensuring accuracy in completion of account information
- Consult with advisors and management regarding event strategy, objectives, and program goals
- Understand and process a broad range of products in support of diverse portfolios and product mixes
- Review client account activity on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure overall accuracy, proper settlement, and reconciliation
- Work under pressure on multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines in a fast-paces work environment with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
- Supports a positive inclusive atmosphere that encourages teamwork, collaboration and consistency of process.

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent in work experience)
General knowledge of financial industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Currently holds FINRA Licenses Series 7 and 63 or 66 or successful completion of all licenses within 6 months of employment
1-2 years sales and or client service experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Self starter, proactive, flexible and accommodating
Works well in a team environment maintaining a positive attitude
